Linwood has a broad educational and practical
experience in Arbitration and Mediation and has
provided expert advice on a number of occasions.
Graham is a fellow of the Arbitrators
and Mediators Institute of New Zealand and was
the recipient of the Sir Ronald Davidson Award
for the writing of awards in 1994.
The use of Arbitration and Mediation
as a mechanism for the resolution of differences
without resorting to the Court system is gaining
momentum. The process and the resolution become
confidential and results in saving time and cost.
