DESCRIPTION:
The Owner reconstructed
the site to provide a platform to
accommodate the house and capture
views over Hawkes Bay from east to
west.
The house is designed
utilizing three different radii and
the construction is Thermomass with
limestone aggregate on the external
face.
The roof is formed
using flat sheet pans with caps.
The owner sourced
sufficient quantities of native timber
for beams and to line walls and ceilings.

The perimeter and
atrium columns are of turned Oamaru
stone with downpipes down the centre
where required.
