This house is located in front of Woodford House and was built in 1996 for a couple anticipating raising a family in the house.

CONSTRUCTION:

The construction of the exterior of the house is acrylic plaster on polystyrene sheet fixed to light timber framing. The roof is longrun profiled metal.
