DESCRIPTION:

Situated directly opposite house No 1 of this series, this house was constructed in 1987 for a retired couple and has a basement area of concrete block with the main body of the house over in two levels.

CONSTRUCTION:

The exterior cladding is Western Red Cedar vertical boarding and the roof is corrugated color steel.
