DESCRIPTION:

South and west facing walls have been built using Thermomass to provide visual strength, durability and to provide thermal storage capacity.

The panels are linked using corrugated zincalume and Hardies Titan Board panels with colour introduced on the Titan Board.

THE SITE:

The site is on an exposed spur with extensive views and the use of the Precast concrete gives solidarity to the design.
